1. Appointment Scheduling
1.1 Booking: All appointments must be scheduled through the SetMore booking platform. You can choose the date, time, and service that best fits your needs.
1.2 Appointment Confirmation: Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Please check your booking details carefully.
1.3 Accuracy of Information: Ensure all information entered (name, contact, intake form and location details) is accurate. This helps us tailor our services to your specific needs and preferences.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment Methods: Payment for services is due at the time of booking the appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, and other payment options as indicated on the SetMore platform.
2.2 Pricing: Service prices are listed clearly on the SetMore platform. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any adjustments prior to booking your appointment.
2.3 Gratuity: Gratuities are appreciated but not required. They can be given directly to the therapist at your discretion.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
3.2 Therapist Cancellations: In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Health Disclosure: You are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other health-related information that may affect your massage session. This ensures the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.
4.2 Contraindications: If you are experiencing a medical emergency or if certain conditions (e.g., fever, contagious illness) are present, you should not schedule a massage. In some cases, we may advise you to consult a healthcare professional before your appointment.
4.3 Therapist’s Discretion: The therapist reserves the right to modify or refuse any treatment if deemed unsafe or inappropriate for your condition.
5. Client Behavior
5.1 Professional Environment: We maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients. Any inappropriate behavior (including harassment, abuse, or intoxication) will result in immediate termination of the session, and you may be charged in full.
5.2 Dress Code: Please wear comfortable clothing or attire as required by the service being provided. We prioritize your privacy and comfort during the session.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
6.1 Confidentiality: All personal and medical information shared with Rincon Massage Therapy & Holistic Health will not be shared.
6.2 Data Protection: Information collected through SetMore for the purpose of booking and payment will be handled securely, and in accordance with SetMore’s privacy policies.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1 Assumption of Risk: By booking an appointment with Rincon Massage Therapy & Holistic Health, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with massage therapy and other holistic treatments, and that you assume responsibility for any adverse reactions or injuries.
